The Space Law and Policy Outlook for 2024

Public Policy & Regulation attorneys Paul Stimers and Leighton Brown co-authored an article featured on Law360 about space law and policy going into 2024 after a record-breaking year for spaceflight in 2023. With the increased use of space, Congress, the administration and independent agencies like the Federal Communications Commission will have the opportunity to address many of the issues they began actively considering in 2023 such as the increasingly congested, contested and competitive nature of space to help ensure that the U.S. remains the world leader.
