U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Finalizes PFAS Drinking Water Regulation

Environmental attorneys Dianne Phillips, Jose Almanzar, Meaghan Colligan and Robert Frank, and environmental legislative assistant Molly Broughton, co-authored an article included in Pratt's Energy Law Report about the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) regulations related to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in drinking water. The article details the differences between proposed and final changes to the National Primary Drinking Water Regulation (NPDWR), as well as the compliance measures public water facilities and states now face.
