U.S. Commerce Department Issues Final Determination of Russia-Backed Cybersecurity, Antivirus Software

The determination bans Russian-backed cybersecurity firm Kaspersky Lab Inc. and its affiliates from providing antivirus software and cybersecurity products or services in the United States or to U.S. persons.
