Value-Added Tax and Select Consumption Taxes and IVA-Complementary Taxes

Tax attorneys Gustavo Pardo Ardila and José Alejandro Vivas contributed to the book Value-Added Tax and Select Consumption Taxes and IVA-Complementary Taxes, published by the Colombian Institute for Tax and Customs Law. The publication, featuring more than 80 authors, offers analysis of regulatory aspects of the value-added tax (IVA) and other aspects of IVA-complementary taxes. Mr. Pardo and Mr. Vivas co-authored the chapter titled "Material Aspect in the Importance of Services (Services Provided 'from the Outside')."
