Holland & Knight Breaks Ground on NY Land-Use Practice

Real Estate and Land Use Partner Ken Lowenstein will help Holland & Knight establish a land-use practice in the Big Apple. Mr. Lowenstein has experience in all aspects of site development, including zoning changes, special permits, variances, landmark proceedings, air rights transfers, tax abatements and incentives. "The opportunity to start the land-use practice at Holland & Knight was very appealing and a challenge I definitely wanted to take on," Mr. Lowenstein said.
