Healthcare Management Partners (HMP) Leads Successful Sale of Two Senior Care Facilities Through 'Stalking Horse' Auctions

After two of its Alabama-based senior care facilities were placed into receivership in January 2018, Healthcare Management Partners, working with Waller, decided to utilize a stalking horse auction in order to maximize the returns on the sale of the two facilities.

As described in the report from Senior Living News, the two auctions were conducted simultaneously and were wildly successful in generating value for stakeholders.

The Waller team assisting HMP included Ryan Cochran, Blake Roth and Kristen Larremore.
