A Moratorium on Moratoriums: California’s SB 330 Clears Obstacles to Housing

The Housing Crisis Act (SB 330) addresses the housing shortage in California and speeds up the process for land use approvals and permits for new housing units.
"It will help hold cities and counties more accountable for their planning and require them to stick to the housing in their general plans," Attorney Marne Sussman said, when asked about her expectations of SB 330 and its impact on housing development.
