Feds Sue Apartment Developer Peter Fine for Handicap Violations

Atlantic Development Group, LLC and Manhattan developer, Peter Fine, are in a federal lawsuit for alleged violations of the Fair Housing Act. The alleged handicap access violations were at entrances, common areas and individual apartments.
"We believe the case is without merit,” Litigation attorney Lynn Calkins said on behalf of Atlantic, "and the properties will be demonstrated to be in full compliance with federal laws."
