Holland & Knight Advised MUFG Bank, Ltd in Transmission Line Financing

Asuntos Legales of the newspaper La República published an article about the recent financing of the transmission line La Virginia - Nueva Esperanza, the first project finance of a transmission line carried out in Colombia in which foreign banks participated. A team of attorneys from Holland & Knight's Bogotá office advised MUFG Bank, Ltd. on the transaction.
