Brownstein Hyatt Sets Pace as Firms Eye Lobby Revenue Record

Public Policy & Regulation Group Leader Rich Gold was cited in a Bloomberg Law article recapping third quarter lobbying revenue disclosures and previewing what's to come throughout the rest of 2022. Holland & Knight was one of the top-earning firms in Q3, and Mr. Gold explained that the $1.2 trillion infrastructure package signed in 2021 is driving much of the work. Seven Holland & Knight clients will receive grants from the infrastructure act, and the implementation of the $437 billion tax and climate bill as well as the CHIPS and Science Act will spur additional opportunities.

"All of these programs are five-to-10-year programs," Mr. Gold said. "We expect this level of work to increase over the coming years."
