The Good, the Bad and the Ugly of the Labor Reform Bill Filed in the House

Labor attorney Camilo Cuervo was cited in an article published by La República about the new labor reform filed by the Colombian Ministry of Labor. The reform highlights the promotion of green and blue jobs, apart from changes in remote working. In addition, part-time contributions are discussed.
Mr. Cuervo explained the reform will allow contributions for less than the minimum amount, "this is de facto a formalization mechanism."
