Know the Keys to Make a Good Transition Between Outgoing and Incoming Governments

Administrative law attorney Juan Casallas was interviewed by Asuntos Legales about the keys to achieving an effective transition between outgoing and incoming governments. After the elections in Bogotá, the transition between Claudia López and Carlos Fernando Galán began. Mr. Casallas highlighted three important points for the process.

"A transition must be sought that does not disturb the normal course of the affairs handled by the administration, report on the progress and pending status of activity of the administration and inform the incoming government the programs or projects that "should" have continuity," he said.
