What Fla. Litigators Are Eyeing in 2025

Mr. Baruch commented on new legislation known as H.B. 3 limiting or banning social media use for certain age groups, saying a lawsuit challenging its constitutionality could make for an intense courtroom battle.

"The question for the court will be whether H.B. 3 is narrowly tailored to support legitimate interests," he said.
