Holland & Knight Ranked Top Law Firm for Director Liability Issues by Directors & Boards Magazine

WASHINGTON, D.C. – November 9, 2011 – For the fifth year in a row, Holland & Knight has been ranked one of the top law firms in the United States for dealing with director liability issues according to a new survey released by Directors & Boards magazine.

This is the fifth year that Directors & Boards has conducted this survey and Holland & Knight has ranked as one of the top five law firms in this category in each of those years. The ranking represents unaided responses from more than 300 directors of public and private companies who responded to the survey.
