Finance Attorney Keith Sambur Joins Holland & Knight in Denver
DENVER (October 10, 2018) – Finance attorney Keith Sambur has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the firm's Financial Services Practice Group. He will reside in the Denver office. Mr. Sambur's practice is focused on representing private investment funds, hedge funds, commercial and investment banks, and private and public companies in all aspects of financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions and financings, and special situation investments. Joining the firm with him is Associate Andrew Gillespie. Both were previously with Haynes and Boone in Denver.
Mr. Sambur has deep knowledge and experience in the field of corporate finance, including restructuring, having advised lenders and borrowers in financial investments, restructurings and workouts, and secured and unsecured loans, and hedge funds and investment banks in connection with strategic investments and the acquisition of control positions in troubled or highly leveraged companies. He also has represented clients in complex intercreditor disputes and creditor rights' litigation. He was selected as a "Rising Star" in bankruptcy by Law 360 in 2015.

Mr. Sambur received a J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law and a B.A. degree from The George Washington University.
