Rising Star Construction Lawyer Jennifer Lowndes Joins Holland & Knight in Orlando
Orlando, Fla. (May 2, 2019)– Construction Attorney Jennifer Lowndes has joined Holland & Knight's Orlando office as a partner. Ms. Lowndes has dedicated her entire career to helping clients in the construction industry avoid and resolve complex construction disputes. She was previously a partner with Jones Walker in Atlanta.
"Jen is an extremely impressive and well-known attorney in the construction industry," said Ben Subin, leader of the firm's Florida Construction Industry Group. "Her experience, which includes advising clients on complex industrial, infrastructure and commercial projects aligns, perfectly with our practice, and will help us to expand our services both locally and nationally. We are excited to have her join our team."
Ms. Lowndes works closely with large construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors and developers, as well as international equipment manufacturers in the public and private sectors. Her matters have involved vertical construction, sports stadiums, highways and related infrastructure, power plants, windfarms, manufacturing and processing plants, pharmaceutical R&D facilities, shipbuilding and data centers. Given the high-profile nature of many of her projects, Ms. Lowndes also has significant experience managing sensitive disputes with public relations concerns and political considerations.

"I am thrilled to continue my practice with Holland & Knight's nationally renowned construction team here from my hometown of Orlando – a community I care very deeply about. I look forward to contributing to the vibrant practices that make up the firm's Orlando office and being a part of the continued evolution of Central Florida."
