Holland & Knight Welcomes New Litigators in Miami Office
MIAMI (December 19, 2019) – Litigation Attorneys Brandon J. Williams and Kalpesh Mehta have joined Holland & Knight's South Florida Litigation Practice in Miami. Mr. Williams is a senior counsel and Mr. Mehta is a staff attorney. They were both previously with Foley & Lardner.
Mr. Williams focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, class actions, and insurance litigation. He has represented clients on matters such as commercial contract disputes, insurance coverage, complex class actions, labor and employment issues, and multidistrict patent litigation.
Mr. Mehta focuses his practice on commercial and insurance litigation, with an emphasis on property insurance disputes, including those involving windstorm, collapse, arson, assignment of benefits, theft and fraud.

Mr. Williams earned a J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Mehta earned a J.D. degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a B.B.A. degree in accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
