Holland & Knight Represents Underwriters in Hanmi Public Offering
WASHINGTON (August 23, 2021) – Holland & Knight advised Piper Sandler & Co., Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and Wedbush Securities Inc. as underwriters of Hanmi Financial Corporation's (NASDAQ: HAFC) public offering of $110 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.750% fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2031. The closing was announced on Aug. 20.
The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include refinancing activities. Piper Sandler & Co. and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods acted as a joint book-running managers, while Janney Montgomery Scott and Wedbush Securities acted as co-managers.
Headquartered in Los Angeles, Calif., Hanmi Financial Corporation owns Hanmi Bank, which serves multiethnic communities through its network of 35 full-service branches and nine loan production offices across the U.S.
