Holland & Knight Advises BAN100 on $21 Million Securities Offering

BOGOTÁ (October 31, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised BAN100 S.A., a leading financial institution in Colombia, on its successful public offering on the Colombian Stock Exchange, Bolsa de Valores de Colombia (BVC). The issuance of securities, which occurred on October 19, raised 90 billion Colombian pesos (approximately $21 million).

The issuance was registered in the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia’s (SFC) Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores (RNVE). The securitization received a AA+ rating from Fitch Ratings.

Headquartered in Bogotá, BAN100 plans to use proceeds from the issuance to further grow the company and its commitment to financial inclusion.
