Holland & Knight Advises Vosa Spirits in Partnership with Kate Upton

MIAMI (October 30, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Vosa Spirits in its agreement with supermodel, actress and entrepreneur Kate Upton to become a brand ambassador and co-owner of the beverage company. The agreement was announced on October 25.

Vosa is an emerging alcoholic beverage company that offers a unique range of premium "ready to drink" vodka-based products. Vosa's suite of products features six times distilled vodka, real fruit juice and natural flavoring and now includes a non-carbonated product line. Its products can currently be purchased in Michigan and will soon be available for purchase in Florida.

In her role, Ms. Upton will participate in the development of new flavors, packaging design and marketing strategies, while working to expand the consumer base for Vosa.
