Holland & Knight Names 2024 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow and Pathfinders

NASHVILLE (March 4, 2024) – Holland & Knight’s Jeremy Poynter, a partner in the firm’s Nashville office, has been selected to represent the firm as a member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) 2024 Class of Fellows, participating in a landmark program created to identify and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Associates Lauren Becker in Dallas and Quynh-Anh Kibler in Nashville were named 2024 LCLD Pathfinders.

LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners — the leadership of the profession — who have pledged themselves, through its Leaders at the Front initiative and other means, to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession. The LCLD Fellows program connects high-potential attorneys at LCLD member organizations through a year-long program focused on leadership and relationship building. The seven-month LCLD Pathfinder program offers participants practical tools for developing and leveraging professional networks, leadership skills and an understanding of career development strategies.

Mr. Poynter focuses his practice on healthcare regulatory compliance and operations. His experience includes assisting with change of ownership filings and license applications required in healthcare mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures involving behavioral health facilities, outpatient services providers and dental support organizations. He also provides counsel on federal and state anti-kickback regulations and self-referral prohibitions and other regulatory and operational issues.

Ms. Becker's practice is divided between litigating labor and employment and commercial business disputes, counseling employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters, performing labor and employment due diligence in connection with business acquisitions and sales, negotiating executive employment and related agreements, and drafting employee handbooks and employment policies.

Ms. Kibler assists clients across a range of industries in general litigation matters. Her experience encompasses disputes involving commercial breach of contract, business torts, insurance coverage, financial services, manufacturing companies, healthcare clients and media companies.
