Sutapa Adhikari

Sutapa Adhikari is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Chicago office. Ms. Adhikari is a member of the firm's Financial Services Team, and has experience representing borrowers and lenders in senior secured credit facilities, second-lien credit facilities and syndicated credit facilities. In addition to her private credit and leveraged buyout experience, Ms. Adhikari has handled public securitization offerings and private placements matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Adhikari worked within the debt finance and structured finance groups at two international law firms in Chicago and New York.

While in law school, Ms. Adhikari interned in the Division of Trading and Markets at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a member of the honors program in Washington, D.C.  Additionally, Ms. Adhikari interned in-house with a publicly traded medical device company and served as co-president of Georgetown's Startup Hoyas Law (SHL), vice president of the Corporate & Financial Law Organization (CFLO), and appropriations committee member of the Student Bar Association.
