Eric Alborn

Eric Alborn is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office. Mr. Alborn focuses his practice on corporate and securities transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Alborn was a summer associate in the firm's Houston office, where he gained experience assisting on oil and gas transactions, as well as various corporate matters.

While in law school, Mr. Alborn served as senior editor for the Louisiana Law Review.

Mr. Alborn's recent representative experience includes:

• represented a leading provider of industrial cleaning and infrastructure services in a change of control transaction involving the sale of a majority equity interest to a leading global private equity fund with $60 billion of capital under management; the transaction involved a partial equity sale and partial rollover of equity interests by more than 100 founders and an earn-out
