William Alesi

William Alesi is a New York real estate attorney who focuses his practice on all areas of leasing office, retail and mixed-use projects nationwide.

Mr. Alesi has significant experience representing a variety of clients, including real estate investors, developers and managers with first-in-class portfolios located throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Alesi was an in-house leasing counsel in the New York office of a prestigious real estate development and management firm. While there, Mr. Alesi was involved in all aspects of the leasing process, from term sheet negotiation through lease execution.

• Represented a large institutional commercial property owner in New York City in connection with a lease agreement with a publicly traded financial services institution for a multi-floor office space located in lower Manhattan
• Represented a commercial property owner in New York City in connection with a lease agreement for a behavioral health services provider at a Midtown Manhattan office building
• Represented a global financial services company in connection with a lease agreement for commercial space at a major mixed-use development in Miami
