Ava Amini

Ava Amini is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Los Angeles office. Ms. Amini focuses her practice on representing financial institutions in a wide range of commercial lending and banking transactions, with an emphasis on loans to private equity sponsors and principals, corporate entities, investment vehicles and high-net-worth individuals.

Ms. Amini also advises on secured and unsecured lending, art lending, securities-based transactions and securities-based lending.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Amini is an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she teaches secured transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Amini was an attorney at an international law firm in its Los Angeles office.

While in law school, Ms. Amini was a member of the Northwestern Journal of International Law & Business.
