Overview
Max Angel is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and is a member of the firm's Private Wealth Services Group. Mr. Angel's practice primarily involves advanced estate planning, as well as providing counsel on matters related to estate tax, gift tax and generation-skipping transfer tax.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Angel served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Paul C. Huck of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
While in law school, Mr. Angel was a member of the Florida Law Review, where he served as a managing editor and an articles editor.
