Elias Javier Aranda

Elias Aranda is a litigation and dispute resolution attorney in Holland & Knight's Seattle office. Mr. Aranda focuses his practice on intellectual property (IP) matters.

Mr. Aranda's practice encompasses a full range of IP issues. His experience includes counseling, strategizing, problem solving, contract drafting, copyright and trademark registrations and other skills necessary to assert and protect clients' IP rights.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Aranda was an attorney at a Seattle-based law firm.

While in law school, Mr. Aranda was actively involved in the Ziffren Institute for Media, Entertainment, Technology and Sports Law. He also provided legal aid to college athletes through the Talent and Brand Partnerships/Name, Image and Likeness Clinic.

Prior to college and law school, Mr. Aranda served four years in the U.S. Navy as a hospital corpsman.
