Shelby Bailey

Shelby Bailey serves as a diligence specialist for Clear Diligence, where she provides project management services for document-intensive transactions. Clients value the "insider perspective" she brings to transactional data analysis, and she is often relied upon to educate seller parties and their counsel regarding diligence issues that arise during transactions.

Ms. Bailey is involved primarily with diligence services, including training for diligence production, deal flow and various technology platforms utilized in today’s high tech M&A transactions. She works with clients at all levels of the transaction on diligence review and deal process, with employees of the facilities they are buying or selling, and with their representatives to keep the process running as smoothly as possible and troubleshoot and communicate when there are roadblocks.

Previously, Ms. Bailey spent several years project-managing acquisitions, divestitures, and development matters involving hospitals, outpatient centers, and physician practices for a publicly traded healthcare company.
