Leighton T. Brown

Leighton T. Brown II is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office, where he is a member of the Telecommunications Team within the Public Policy & Regulation Group.

Since joining Holland & Knight in 2007, Mr. Brown has focused almost exclusively on representing clients subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), including wireless service providers, broadcasters, multichannel video programming distributors and equipment manufacturers. He assists clients in understanding and complying with applicable FCC regulations, mitigating any compliance lapses, securing licenses or other required authorizations, and advocating to FCC decision-makers, with a particular focus on new spectrum allocations and spectrum auctions.
