Overview

Alexei Chijoff-Evans is a banking and finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Mr. Chijoff-Evans focuses his practice on project debt finance for renewable energy development, storage and transmission projects. Additionally, he has extensive experience working on trade, leverage and special purpose warehouse facilities financings.

Mr. Chijoff-Evans has significant experience advising mandated lead arrangers, syndication agents and project sponsors on their project financings for the construction, development and operation of solar photovoltaic, wind, battery energy storage system and renewable natural gas production projects. His practice also includes considerable work on back leverage financings for project sponsors and lender syndicates in connection with investment and production tax credit flip structures supporting renewable energy development, storage and transmission projects.  

Additionally, Mr. Chijoff-Evans has extensive experience advising on trade finance matters, including broadly syndicated letter of credit facilities for project sponsors, export credit agencies and alternative financing sources, and on limited-recourse special purpose leveraged financings supporting a broad range of accounts, receivables and other debt instruments.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Chijoff-Evans worked in the Asia-Pacific region at leading New York- and London-based law firms in their banking and finance teams.
