Marcus Christian II

Overview
Marcus A. Christian II is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Mr. Christian focuses his practice on a variety of litigation matters, including disputes in the sports and education industries.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Christian taught high school English and Literature and served as associate director of Teacher Recruitment tasked with expanding the pool of underrepresented educators.
While in law school, Mr. Christian served as a student advocate in the Compliance Policy Clinic, working directly with clients to help ensure that their practices and procedures were in line with relevant state and federal legislation. He also served in leadership roles as president of the Education Law Society, and as a vice president of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA).
Always eager to improve the community, Mr. Christian has served as a tutor/mentor with Boston Partners in Education, a volunteer assistant coach with the Boston University women's soccer team, and as student government president at Williams College.
