Juan Pablo Colom

Juan P. Colom is a corporate services attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Mr. Colom focuses his practice on labor and employment issues, as well as litigation matters.

Mr. Colom is experienced in the dynamic and strategic implementation of employee benefits policies, complex case management and organizational restructuring.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Colom acquired ample labor and employment experience with agro-industrial clients throughout Colombia, handling a variety of matters including day-to-day business, collective bargaining and social security advisory. In addition, he acted as an attorney before the Ordinary Labor Jurisdiction, Pension and Parafiscal Management Unit (UGPP), Colombia's State Pension Fund (Colpensiones) and Ministry of Labor.

Mr. Colom also is an assistant professor at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
