Overview

Jarrod Connors is a member of Holland & Knight's Tax Credit Transactions Group in the firm's Boston office. He practices in the areas of business and tax law, with a primary focus in equity financing for federal and state historic rehabilitation tax credits, affordable housing projects eligible for federal low-income housing tax credits, and other state and local tax credits. Mr. Connors represents investors, developers and community development entities (CDEs) in projects involving state and federal historic and new markets tax credits, and transactions involving a combination of credits and other financing sources.

Since joining the Tax Credit Transactions Group at Holland & Knight in 2005, Mr. Connors has represented tax credit syndicators, developers, sponsors of affordable housing investment funds, and institutional and private investors.  He has also represented clients in connection with a wide variety of portfolio asset management issues, dispute resolution, contract interpretation and pre-litigation enforcement, property manager and general partner removals, negotiations with lenders in connection with foreclosure actions, refinancing and loan workout agreements, and other workout strategies.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight as an associate, Mr. Connors worked as a paralegal at the firm while attending the evening division of Suffolk University Law School. At Suffolk, Mr. Connors was an associate note editor for the Journal of High Technology Law.
