Alexa Cosio is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Ms. Cosio focuses her practice representing public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Cosio worked at a large international law firm and gained experience with respect to corporate transactions, including capital markets and M&A.
During law school, Ms. Cosio served as a member of the Children and Youth Law Clinic.
