Berkley A. Crain

Berkley Crain is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Ms. Crain assists banks, specialty finance firms and mortgage lenders in negotiating term loans and lines of credit, often servicing healthcare organizations.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Crain served as a public benefits specialist for Takacs McGinnis Elder Care Law for three years, where she counseled clients on TennCare Medicaid, veterans’ benefits and Social Security benefits. She also worked as a state health insurance program counselor for the Tennessee Commission on Aging & Disability.
