Marisa Daugherty

Marisa Daugherty is a real estate finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Ms. Daugherty's practice is focused on the representation of national commercial mortgage-backed security (CMBS) and other fixed-income lenders on financing transactions involving issues surrounding the capital markets industry, including cash management arrangements, condominiums, multiborrower and multiproperty structures, and cross-collateralized/cross-defaulted and portfolio loan structures.

Ms. Daugherty has experience in advising clients on the financing and acquisition of multifamily housing, shopping centers, commercial office buildings and other various types of commercial properties.

During law school, Ms. Daugherty clerked for the Honorable Monte C. Richardson of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Honorable Thomas M. Jaworski of the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
