Overview
Allison K. Driscoll is a real estate finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Ms. Driscoll focuses her practice on representing financial institutions and commercial real estate investors in a wide array of complex commercial real estate finance transactions, including originating loans for inclusion in securitizations (CMBS, CLO), construction, acquisition, permanent and bridge loans, loan syndications, participations and sales, mezzanine loans and preferred equity transactions.
Ms. Driscoll has substantial experience structuring and closing real estate finance transactions involving subordinate debt, preferred equity, ground leases, tenant-in-common ownership structures, condominiums and municipal tax incentive programs. Ms. Driscoll also has experience representing real estate owners and investors in debt and equity restructurings and workouts, corporate financing transactions, joint venture transactions, debt purchases, and property acquisitions and dispositions.
As part of her pro bono practice, Ms. Driscoll participates in the Special Education Surrogate Parent Program through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
