Kristin Rollins Driver

Overview
Kristin Driver is a litigation attorney in Holland and Knight’s Jacksonville office. Ms. Driver focuses her practice on a variety of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including matters involving business torts and contract disputes.
Ms. Driver graduated from law school third in her class. She served as a research editor of the Florida Law Review and as a research assistant to a professor of civil procedure and administrative law. She was also an intern in the legal department of a publicly traded data analytics company, where she gained experience in corporate governance and compliance, specifically in the context of consumer data privacy.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Driver was a summer associate in Holland & Knight’s Jacksonville office and interned for the Honorable Marcia Morales Howard of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
