Malorie Eisenbrei

Malorie Eisenbrei is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Ms. Eisenbrei focuses her practice on a variety of transactional matters, including public and private mergers, asset and stock acquisitions, and governance issues.

While in law school, Ms. Eisenbrei served as a legal intern for the Honorable Lori W. Will of the Delaware Court of Chancery. She also served as a staff editor and lead research editor for the Temple Law Review.
