Emma Ekman

Emma Ekman is a legislative assistant in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the firm's Public Policy & Regulation Group. Ms. Ekman focuses her practice in the areas of transportation and technology policies. In addition, Ms. Ekman has an in-depth knowledge of environmental, energy and sustainability policy, and economics.

Ms. Ekman most recently served as an intern for the House Committee on Energy and Commerce's Subcommittee of Environment and Climate Change. She also brings experience from internships in the office of Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-Wash.) as well as with the government affairs team at the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA).

While earning her undergrad degree, Ms. Ekman also minored in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development and Environmental & Resource Economic Management.
