Overview
Robin M. Feiner is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Ms. Feiner concentrates her practice in securities and capital markets. She has distinctive insights and perspectives given her extensive experience as legal counsel and investment banker. Ms. Feiner represents companies, investment banks and private equity sponsors on equity transactions, particularly initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-ons and block trades. During her more than 20-year career, Ms. Feiner has advised on more than 100 IPOs across a broad range of sectors, including industrials, consumer and retail, financial services, energy and power, real estate, technology and healthcare.
Ms. Feiner also advises public and private company clients on general securities and corporate matters, with a focus on the construction/building, technology, consumer/retail and financial services industries. She has experience in handling matters related to securities law and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosure and compliance, corporate finance transactions, investor relations, corporate governance and strategic matters. In addition, Ms. Feiner acts as a trusted advisor to boards and their committees.
Ms. Feiner is a frequent speaker on corporate governance, taking companies public and public company matters. She also was the developer and co-author of an extensive annual IPO study that was recognized by the Financial Times as “Innovation in the Business of Law.”
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Feiner worked at leading global law firms and bulge-bracket investment banks.
