Eric Felcher is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Mr. Felcher focuses his practice on complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, financings, and real estate fund and co-investment formation. He represents local, national and international developers, sponsors, investors and operators of commercial real estate.

In addition, Mr. Felcher has counseled institutional investors on complex joint venture transactions up and down the capital stack and across asset classes, including multifamily, office and industrial. Mr. Felcher is known for his relentless work ethic and providing his clients with a hands-on approach.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Felcher was a real estate attorney at a global Am Law 100 law firm in its New York office.

  • Represented a privately owned global enterprise in connection with its $1.75 billion acquisition of an interest in a portfolio of 48 multifamily properties across 11 states
  • Represented a prominent European sovereign wealth fund in connection with its $1.6 billion acquisition of an interest in a portfolio of 11 commercial properties totaling 4.9 million square feet in New York City
  • Represented a sovereign wealth fund in connection with its $700 million acquisition of an interest in a trophy office building in New York City
  • Represented an investment manager specializing in private equity real estate investing in connection with its $170 million forward-purchase transaction relating to an industrial development project in Reno, Nevada
  • Represented a family office in connection with its disposition and restructuring of ownership interests in 45 limited liability companies and corporations relating to a portfolio of four commercial properties in New York City
  • Represented a family office in connection with its Section 1031 exchange transaction and assemblage and development of three multifamily properties totaling 253 residential rental apartments in New Rochelle, New York
