Laura E. Flint is a seasoned litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office, where she brings extensive experience in managing all aspects of complex litigation. Her practice encompasses appeals, administrative law, public policy litigation, complex commercial dispute resolution, and labor and employment law. Ms. Flint is particularly adept at navigating multifaceted legal challenges across various sectors, including transportation, higher education, economic development projects and healthcare.
Ms. Flint has a proven track record of effectively handling intricate legal matters, from pre-trial motions and discovery to trial strategy and appellate advocacy. Her deep understanding of procedural and substantive law enables her to craft compelling arguments and deliver successful outcomes for her clients in high-stakes litigation.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Flint served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth L. Branch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
While in law school, Ms. Flint served as a notes and comments editor for the Emory Law Journal and president of the Emory Federalist Society. Her note was published in Volume 70 of the Emory Law Journal.

- Defended a construction company and several individual employees who had joined it from a competitor against allegations of employee raiding, tortious interference and theft of trade secrets, leading to settlement
- Successfully defended dismissal with prejudice of Title IX claims brought by former student against private university
