Hollie Forst

Hollie Forst is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office and a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Forst focuses her practice on a variety of litigation matters in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Forst served as a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy Corrigan of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In this role, Ms. Forst assisted with various civil cases, including federal and state law matters involving constitutional, employment and tort disputes.

While in law school, Ms. Forst served as a student attorney representing veterans in appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims as part of the school's Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marcia Morales Howard of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and as a summer associate in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office.

Prior to law school, Ms. Forst worked in human resources for an international manufacturing corporation.
