Manuel "Manny" Gardberg is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office, where he focuses his practice on real estate and banking matters.   • Represent national and regional private banks with loans to high-net-worth individuals secured by real property, marketable securities, cash surrender value life insurance policies and ownership interest in various entity structures
  • Represent developers in the purchase, financing and leasing of industrial projects
  • Represent a publicly traded corporation in the acquisition and development of raw land for renewable energy projects throughout the country
  • Represented the developer of a 45 metric ton per day green hydrogen production project, including all real estate for the project, which included a 16-mile transmission line and shared electric facilities with a 500 MW wind project
