Overview

Emily Griffin is a labor and employment attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Ms. Griffin assists clients with various employment-related disputes, such as Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Title VII lawsuits. She also assists with matters involving employment contracts.

While in law school, Ms. Griffin gained experience working with the legal department of a public utility company and as a student law clerk for the Honorable Judge Frank G. Clement Jr. of the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
