Overview
Lindsey Grubbs is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville and Atlanta offices. Ms. Grubbs focuses her practice on a variety of real estate and corporate transactions throughout the country.
In her real estate practice, Ms. Grubbs has experience with representation of developers in connection with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, operations, permitting and financing. She also represents master developers, luxury residential condominium developers, single-family and multifamily builders, real estate investment funds and retail operators.
Ms. Grubbs also represents financial institutions in relation to multistate, secured credit facilities; landlords and tenants in connection with complex commercial lease transactions; condominium developers in connection with condominium structuring, registration, association operational matters and residential closings on luxury residential condominium units; and developer-controlled homeowner, property owner and condominium associations in daily operational matters, regime restructuring, and turnover advice and counsel.
