Carlos Guijarro

Carlos Guijarro Justo is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Mexico City office, where he focuses on capital markets and real estate law.

Mr. Guijarro advises national and foreign clients on matters regarding real estate transactions, financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate affairs. He is highly knowledgeable in the procedures and filings before the National Banking and Securities Commission, the Mexican Stock Exchange and the Institutional Stock Exchange. He assists clients with due diligence processes, real estate acquisitions and structures, secured and unsecured credit agreements, incorporation and regularization of companies, and day-to-day corporate matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Guijarro worked for a well-known, full-service law firm in Mexico City.
