Anthony J. Gunnell

Anthony Gunnell is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Chicago office and a member of the firm's Financial Services Practice Group. Mr. Gunnell represents private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and financial institutions in secured and unsecured loan and capital market transactions for U.S. and international businesses.

Mr. Gunnell has extensive experience representing clients in diverse financing structures, including acquisition financings and leveraged buyouts, working capital financings, dividend recaps, private debt offerings, subordinated and mezzanine facilities, and loan workouts and restructurings.

In addition, Mr. Gunnell regularly advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers and other financial institutions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Gunnell was a corporate attorney for a multinational law firm in its Chicago office.
