Hannah Guo is a corporate attorney in the Century City office of Holland & Knight. Ms. Guo has experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital and other corporate transactions. She has worked on deals across various industries, including energy, entertainment, finance, hospitality and media.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Guo was a corporate attorney in the Los Angeles office of a leading global law firm. While in law school, Ms. Guo served as articles editor of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review.
